Customer Satisfaction Survey

How Are We Measuring Up?

How satisfied are employers and job seekers who use WorkForce Center services? The Minnesota WorkForce Center System surveys these two primary customer groups about their satisfaction with services; the chart below shows the overall picture.

What's New in September 2008?

On the Job Seeker main page (Job Seeker Satisfaction survey results)

  • Updated quarterly results from the past 12 months, July 2007-June 2008
  • Summary of major findings for the previous 12 month period, July 2007-June 2008
  • Sample of customer answers to "which program activities were the most help to you" and "what about the services could be improved"
  • PowerPoint presentation on using Job Seeker reports/results

On the Employer main page (Employer Satisfaction survey results)

  • No new results for July 2007-June 2008 since new survey questions were just implemented with Employers served in April 2008
  • A 6-month results update will be available next quarter (6 months of new, 6 months of old)
  • However, Employer comments to open-ended survey questions, are updated for April 2008-June 2008 (on Employer main page)

The surveys are part of a system effort to incorporate customer feedback into service improvements.
