Services

Minnesota's Extended Employment Program contracts with 30 certified and accredited community rehabilitation organizations statewide to meet the local needs of persons who want to work and employers who need qualified employees. There are no charges to participants or employers for these services. For more information, select the link that best meets your needs:

Worker Services

Nationally accredited services for persons who want to work, but have difficulty maintaining or advancing in employment due to severe disabilities or other impairments to employment.

Service Providers

List of community rehabilitation organizations available to bridge the gap between the talents, skills, and abilities of the persons served and the needs of local employers for qualified workers.

Outcomes

Demonstration of the effectiveness and efficiency of these services to employers and Minnesota's local communities.
